WINEDEBUG=-all,+timestamp,+pid,+tid,+loaddll,+x11drv,+win,+vulkan

The in-game Vulkan renderer with the regression commit reverted on the top of
the 9.18 tree. The game works properly.

The call to X11DRV_WindowPosChanged() is on line 14702 followed by
sync_client_position() on the next line.
