Yes, on clean prefix and clean setup I have same problem. It's not crashing now
(with msvcp140 overrride) but still freezing. It is possible there is problem
with my operating system? Some broken lib or configuration? I have Arch Linux.

Oh, I see recent patch broke LoL again.
