I have opened this ticket for version 4, but there is a similar ticket for
version 2: https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=58111. However, the author
hasn't set the regression SHA1, even after commenting and reaching out to them,
so opened this specific for version 4 with the regression SHA1.
