[Bug 48982] Update of T@X 2020 Business fails

Dear Bug-team,
please find attached a logfile after starting the latest update for T(a)X. It
states "no update necessary" at the end, however, when starting T(a)X it keeps
telling me that there would be an update.
Therefore I assume something went wrong - though the behavior is better now as
the installer of the update does not crash or terminate unexpectedly.
