Terminal output log as asked for before work on the bug can start

This bug is still present in Wine stable 4.0

Native Linux programs (such as krita) have pen pressure, Medibang through wine
does not.

Distro: Linux Mint 19.1 MATE
artitecture: x64

I'll happily attempt to resource anything else requested to solve this bug.
