[Bug 58749] Delayed startup of wine processes in Wine-10.16

I have winemenubuilder.exe disabled in my ~/.bash_profile by setting the
WINEDLLOVERRIDES variable.
Could that be the reason?
Everything starts instantly if I remove that override.
