[Bug 39791] Problem to start wiso-2016 with wine-1.8-rc4: libxml2 support was not present at compile time.

I could solve the problem by downloading msxml3.msi to
~/.cache/winetricks/msxml3 and then to rerun "wintricks msxml3".

After this installation, wiso-sparbuch-2016 runs flawlessly even with
wine-1.8-rc4.
