[Bug 20054] Wine should include the Microsoft Sans Serif font

Hmm, this report on Windows ME shows that GdipGetFontFamilySansSerif returns
the "Microsoft Sans Serif" font even though gdi32:font doesn't list it as
installed:

So something weird is going on here.
