[Bug 10792] winecfg and wine delete cdrom from drives when audio cd inserted before

Is your system using HAL? As wine these days uses HAL to automaticly configure
devices e.g. usb sticks cdroms and so on. Are you sure the drive isn't
available in another way in Wine?
