[Bug 41135] No Man's Sky hangs on start if Windows version > XP

Works fine set to Windows 7 for me (pretty sure my 64bit prefix has always been
set to Windows 7 which means the game worked on release too).

Can anyone else confirm that they're actually seeing this issue?
