[Bug 22522] 5 Freunde and SimCity3000 have black intro videos (smackw32.dll)

Videos play perfectly in wine-1.7.16-133-gd8ca8c2 in both full-screen and
virtual desktop, but I'm loathed to mark this fixed until someone else has
tested.

Following the videos nothing else draws, which is a new problem I'll look into
shortly.
