Application creates custom caret bitmap as 'background ^ caretcolor', so when
caret is displayed over background it gets proper color (background is not
necessary solid filled, this is handled as well). We create a copy of this
custom bitmap, but later it fails to display - bitmap fails select to target
window context.

This patch fixes it for me, please give it a try.
