Similar to bug 24018, but that should be fixed in cygwin's upstream.

Install progresses as normal, when the postinstall script process start, it
hangs.

austin(a)aw25 ~ $ sha1sum setup-x86.exe 
1574ef1833e07af1d6b33b80229d15c1b46c4319  setup-x86.exe
austin(a)aw25 ~ $ du -h setup-x86.exe 
712K    setup-x86.exe
austin(a)aw25 ~ $ wine --version
wine-1.7.0
