[Bug 31404] Was able to play the game before reinstalling Fedora 17

I download (cnet2_HoyleBoardGames2005Setup-dm_exe.exe) from the lick provided.
there was an installer error (Unable to initialize GUI.) when I tried to run
it.

My graphics card is a nVidia GeForce 8800 GTX (Rev a2)

The installed graphics driver is xorg-X11-drv-nouveau ver.
0.0.16-37.20120306gitf5d1cd2.fc17 x86_64
