shell output after crash

Installation is ok but when I try to start SmartDashboard or FwPolicy.exe,
after
insert login/password and Management IP, it crash

I tried to add 
cmd
comctl32
comctl32ocx
comdlg32ocx
mfc40
mfc42
(and all fonts)
with winetrick

but it crash again
