[Bug 42223] AB Bulk Mailer does not install

I tried to install ABBulkmailer DEMO version to wine-2.0-rc5 with wine prifix
default .
The installing was SUCCEED !!
It was Good !!

But , When I run the app , Error message appears , So I couldnt use the app .
The Error was ...

Abbulkmailer93.exe Configuration parser error
Error parsing
C:windows/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v4.0.30319/config/machine.config
Parser returned error 0x80004001.


Oh ... No ... Please HELP me ...
