[Bug 25379] PowerBuilder 7.0.3 crashes when its trying to open a datawindow or window object

This happens regardless of how the application runs, either using the command
wine "c:\ path ... \ pb70.exe', or by cd to the directory and running the
command wine pb70.exe, or using the main menu icon, or by clicking the file
icon in file browser.
