[Bug 24409] MaxIM DL 5 reports an error when opening files

Tried.  Made no difference.

Under Win XP, for some reason, when asked to open files it runs through an MSI
install/update again.  Tried msi2 but it didn't make any difference.  I guess
it doesn't get that far.
