Steps to reproduce:

export WINEPREFIX=/tmp/test WINEARCH=win32
winetricks -q dotnet40 mdac28 msxml6 
wine Altium17Installer.exe
# Installation runs fine
wine /tmp/test/drive_c/Program\ Files/Altium/AD17/DXP.EXE
# Crash on wine-6.5
