In addition to that I have graphic issues when I move the camera (wrong shadows and flickering).
I've had issue recently with Spellforce 2 with nvidia GPU and proprietary drivers which sounds similar.
I tested this game, the glitches on camera movement (black parts, flickering) is not similar but should be already fixed by a5ffdff2edb75cd06e6b57a00ea7d7628928a5c4.
