http://ftp.winehq.org/pub/wine/ is the repository for skeleton cvs directorys.
There does not seem to be a "full" archive anymore since the switch to GIT.

http://ftp.winehq.org/pub/wine/wine-cvsdirs-0.9.7.tar.gz will get you the most
recent directory structure.

once it it is unzipped you can cd into it and do a "cvs update -PAd -D ..." to
start testing
