[Bug 30023] Google Chrome/Earth installer (Google update version) complains "could not connect to the internet"

This works for me with the installer downloaded from the URL in comment 1:

$ sha1sum GoogleEarthSetup.exe 
469afbd92e1e98517233f22e382566b582edd933  GoogleEarthSetup.exe

The file has changed since comment 11, so it's not clear if anything was fixed
in Wine. AF, do you still have that installer lying around somewhere?
