Hmm, really strange that the registry keys are gone somehow then. I don`t get it really Anyway, I can reproduce the error you get by deleting the values under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Internet Explorer (like Version etc.) Then I get messagebox too that operating system is not supprted. I think something is not 100% right with your prefix setup, but anyway, the installer doesn`t start here as well As a guess I`d say it`s (again) due to mshtml and friends insufficiencies; I believe all Adobe installers run into this problem.
