The vendor probably didn't anticipate someone would run it with such low resolution. Who runs Windows with a native desktop resolution of 800x600 when trying to play high-res games? That is pretty pointless. Please verify that this artifacting issue is _not_ present on Windows when the installer is run with a low Desktop resolution (provide full screen screenshots).
