Strange, the only division in OLEPictureImpl_SetBitmap is by
GetDeviceCaps(hdcRef, LOGPIXELSX) or GetDeviceCaps(hdcRef, LOGPIXELSY). That
really shouldn't be 0.

I guess CreateCompatibleDC(0) is failing.
