[Bug 21620] Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Crash at Start of Game

Sorry for my absence. If I recall, I got it working. I've reinstalled OSs
multiple times since then, and gaming has fallen to the wayside. The issue was
with my graphics card, which I believe was ATI at the time.
