FW.dll should be in "C:\\Program Files\\Autodesk\\Inventor 11\\Bin\\" but there is no FW.dll library in wineprefix at all. Have you checked that on windows? It might be installed somewhere else.
I searched temp for FW.dll and found it inside msia1aa.tmp file. That more indicates the problem with install.
Please start with clean wineprefix (remove it, run winecfg to create it). Install dotnet20 and dotnet11 using winetricks. Run Inventor install redirecting all output into file.
