[Bug 30639] Audio stuttering and performance drops in Star Wolves 3

I was wrong again. Darwinia Demo is relevant, and the debugging line is wrong.
It should be:

TRACE("(%p,%d,%d) @ %d Hz -> %d Hz\n",dsb,writepos,mixlen, dsb->freq,
    dsb->device->pwfx->nSamplesPerSec);

Darwinia Demo uses 32 buffers with weird and constantly changing sample rates,
and resamples them all to 22050 Hz.
