[Bug 22252] Rhiannon installer hangs: possibly caused by a regression

I have no any versions installed by the package manager and have no further
ideas what to do.
In the following days someone else will probably identify the same issue using
an other app/game and hopefully can get a proper backtrace. Thanks for your
time.
