No. It just show, that the Application has OpenPrinter with SERVER_ACCESS_ADMINISTER, but we Ignore Access-Restrictions.

OpenPrinter has no support for XcvMonitor yet and uses the String as Printername. I'm already working on this Part. Issue #1 need much more work in many Areas in wine.
