[Bug 45775] `winetricks directx9` overrides DirectShow dlls (devenum, quartz, msdmo, qcap, quartz) as native but doesn't install them

Sorry what i mean is that klite codecs are not loading up. I took a picture of
the RegSVR32 errors i get durning installation that i usually don't get.
