[Bug 43910] Battle.net helper.ex crashes with Win 7 or higher

To clarify, it's not the Battle.net app crashing. The app itself works.

But if I try to access chats, Social tab or News tab, the content fails to load
and "Battle.net helper.exe" crashes. If I close the crash report dialog, it
tries again and crashes again, repeatedly.
