Rather than filing a bug, why not contribute to Wine by updating the
documentation?

Please submit a patch for this to wine-patches. The Wine documentation lives in
CVS still:

FYI, the latest version of Bochs was release in December 2007, I wouldn't call
that "not longer developed".
