The same message appears when using wine-staging 1.7.32. Since the debug output provided by Ian differs from the current one, I would suggest to upgrade the wine version. Moreover you should not report bugs for wine-staging in this bug tracker and instead use the one specified in the debug output you copied. @Austin: Are you really sure it was fixed?
