I can't reproduce the problem with the reported Wine version (1.3.10), just because the application fails to start even with native msvcp80 installed: an 'Out of memory' error message is shown and the application quits before putting up the license key dialog. There's no such problem with the current 1.5.22 version: Bryce 7 starts fine, the license key was accepted and the application was loaded.
