[Bug 39870] Uplay crashes at start

Additional information to the previous message:

I ran further tests. It seem that the issue I described is valid for
Wine-Staging only and affects all Wine-Staging versions after 2.17. With normal
Wine versions Uplay doesn't crash (but I was unable to log in).

I couldn't narrow down the (Staging) commit which broke Uplay for me, however.
