To simply solve it, you can ref my ops: a. if you are using optimus-manager to switch 2 GPUs. firstly, check 'optimus-manager --status' whether return any error or not. b. if optimus-manager's error seems like ''modprobe -r xxx nvidia' returned 1'. maybe you should disable nvidia-persistence by 'systemctl disable nvidia-persistence'. for other reason, find pid which are using /dev/nvidia0 by 'sudo fuser -a /dev/nvidia0 -v', and try to stop it. c. re-enable optimus-manager by 'systemctl enable optimus-manager' and reboot if this method still don't work. you should check GPU driver, install xf86-video-intel & mesa -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
