[Bug 41398] Starcraft 2 Editor: Crashes when Battle.net login dialog is presented

I've had multiple successful uses of the editor since my last report, but now
it's failing again.

It looks like as soon as there's any kind of delay (like > 1 second) when
downloading the region information (and whatever else it does before displaying
the login dialog), it crashes.
