I've had the same issue in Windows. My videocard isn't standard. Setting
hardware acceleration to lower, or using the waveout mode fixed the problem.

I believe this bug to be a hardware-specific issue for the Windows system, and
thus probably not fixable by WINE. Did the tip help, or can anyone else confirm
the bug? Otherwise this bug could be closed.
