[Bug 14186] Morrowind stucks for 3-5seconds during background music change (in combat)

John, you can workaround the bug by not using background music at all (i.d.
creating subdir Music/backup and moving all Music/ subdirectoris into
Music/backup/. Morrowind will complain about missing music at start, just press
Esc.
