That's the case in Windows too, I just checked.  I also checked the '<Default>'
entry in Windows:  it also has an empty IP address.  So the only bug left is
that adapters have a name of '<Unknown>' in Wine, for which I've sent a patch.

Please don't waste our time with bogus complaints.  A behavior is only a bug if
it behaves differently in Wine than in Windows.
