This line LogMaterial:Error: The global shader cache file 'C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Rogue Operatives/Engine/GlobalShaderCache-GLSL_150.bin' is missing. usually appears for me when I try to run an Unreal Engine 4 game with the -opengl4 argument.
