The comment that I tried to include with the image attachments seems to have
disappeared.

I noted that you used 1.9.12 rather than 1.9.11.
Could this be the difference?

The image you used is as good as any.

The images I sent show what an FTB page should look like and what it does look
like on my F22/WINE 1.9.11 box.
