But now, from wine 1.1 onwards, it causes major problems on my laptop with Intel GMA 4500MHD onboard graphics. My win32 programs are unusable because text that should have a slightly highlighted background becomes black, and many controls also turn black. Here is a screenshot of wineconf with a clean .wine directory: http://img196.imageshack.us/img196/4959/snapshot7o.png This is a mild example here, other programs are impossible to use due to black controls and text, it makes it so I can't see labels on the buttons nor highlighted search text. I have confirmed the same behavior on openSUSE 11.3 and Ubuntu 10.10. Wine 0.9.37 on openSUSE 11.3 does not present this problem.
