[Bug 16812] MyRoots Install fails err:msi:msi_cabextract FDICopy failed

The problem is with the self extracting msi execution. I went to the TEMP
directory, found the install files as resedue there and executed wine msiexec
-i filename,msi and the install completed successfully.
