[Bug 43066] Solidworks 2016 installer fails to register DLL and quits

This is without the patch, executing the MSI directly ("wine msiexec /i
'~/Documents/SOLIDWORKS Downloads/SOLIDWORKS 2016 x64
SP02/swwi/data/solidworks.msi'" rather than "wine '~/Documents/SOLIDWORKS
Downloads/SOLIDWORKS 2016 x64 SP02/swwi/data/setup.exe'") seems to work around
the issue.
