Actually, I just read bug 17195 comment 173 and it seems to suggest someone
pushed a patch set (652f5d9b8715fb71b15cfb93fa741474ac3b757d) and that someone
else reported success installing CS5, i.e. another adobe app probably using the
same installer framework.

So maybe I'm not so nuts ;)
