Not sure if it should be reported here or in bug 49582. I've built wine-staging
5.13 manually. It is possible that I did it somehow wrong, but it's unlikely.
And wine-staging 5.13 still fails to launch Starcraft 2 for me, similar to
wine-staging 5.12. I still have to fallback to wine-staging 5.11.
