When you exit the perspective mode by hitting 'q' or by opening a book, the gauntlet cursor appears alongside the regular cursor (in some books it is only the gauntlet cursor). This 'gauntlet' cursor never appears at all, so, to anybody trying to squash this bug, it isn't some Z-index type bug (I don't imagine) but rather that the resource for that gauntlet cursor is simply not being drawn at all, under any circumstance, for whatever reason. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
