I don't know what happened, but my other comments are not posted.  

Referring to comment 8, the PCLOS repository only had wine-mono 7.3.0, so I
opted to let WINE download and install the wine-mono package that was needed.
After that installation, FOXPRO.EXE started running correctly.  I checked the
WINE installation using my scripted application and everything worked perfectly
with the exception of the print function under script operation that was
reported in BUG 47933.
